Jetpack 2.2. upgrade caused jetpack to dissappear

    I upgraded jetpack this morning and it dissappeared from my installed plugins folder. I realise it is still in my FTP files but, if I delete it from the FTP files and reinstall the plugin from my wordpress dashboard… will I still have all my subscriptions and stats? If not, please tell me how to fix it.
