# Jetpack 2.2 failed update

 * Message when I try to update to Jetpack 2.2… How di I fix this? I have lost all
   my Statistics from my site, and Jetpack 2.1 is no longer installed.

 * Try uninstalling and completely deleting the Jetpack plugin, and then try installing
   a fresh copy of Jetpack version 2.2.
 * If that doesn’t help, post the error and the steps you’ve tried to resolve the

 * The problem is when I attempted the update there is no longer any Jetpack plug-
   in at all on my dashboard.
