Jetpack 1.2 stats page 404 error

Hello i am getting error when i try to visit this page in my blog (http://www.microsoftarena.net/)

http://microsoftarena.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats

i get a 404 error page here.
also when i open the home page http://www.microsoftarena.net/ i also cant see the small stats graph on the top wordpress admin bar.

this happened after i updated jetpack to 1.2
