Jetpack: 110 error connection timed out: Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com

I just found this:

you can add this line to wp-config.php :

define( ‘JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG’, true);

or to the plugin (edit the plugin, adding:

add_filter( ‘jetpack_development_mode’, ‘__return_true’ );

I try to activate the image mosaic in appearance. I click it I get this:

“Mosaïque d’images failed to activate. SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

The same for API JSON
“API JSON failed to activate. SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”
