    Hi there,

It looks like you have logged in to your WordPress.com account and since the site is not connected to your WordPress.com account, you find a message as start a new website. However, it doesn’t mean the site is deleted, and possibly it is still on your hosting provider.

Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form.

    Hello,

It looks like your SSL certificate (which allows your site to load over https rather than http) is not installed properly, which is causing Jetpack’s connection to break:

    https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://babihaircollection.com/

I would recommend reaching out to your webhost to have them take a look and reinstall the certificate so that all requests are validated and secured properly, and so that Jetpack can connect. You can provide them with that link to show them exactly what’s going on.

You’ll also want to speak with them to see if your site is still there, and what you can do to make it load normally again – Right now, all I see is a “coming soon” type screen, so something might just be misconfigured on hour hosting.

Once you’ve spoken with your providers, your SSL certificate is fixed, and the site is loading, please let us know and we can perform a connection test from our side to make sure Jetpack is good to go. Thanks!
