    I checked your site, and your Jetpack seems to be humming just fine. I’m not sure what happened before.

    If it happens again, could you contact us via this contact form, and give us a few examples of the email addresses that do not receive the notification emails, so we can check our email logs to find out more about the issue?

    Thanks very much and I will certainly tell you if I have a problem with Jetpress again.

    There are a few questions about Jetpress:
    1. Can I download my email addresses?
    2. Why does the LIKE button take so long to load?
    3. Is there a way that people can get reply messages to their comments? I have it enabled but I can’t see where they can sign up for replies to comments.

    1. Can I download my email addresses?

    Yes. You can follow the steps here to view a list of your subscribers, and you will find a download link at the botom of the page.

    2. Why does the LIKE button take so long to load?

    Could you try to open one of the posts in the post editor, and hit the “Update” button? Let me know if the Like button starts appearing then?

    Other Jetpack users have reported issues with the Like button, and we’re working on fixing the bugs, but in the meantime updating the posts should fix the problem.

    3. Is there a way that people can get reply messages to their comments? I have it enabled but I can’t see where they can sign up for replies to comments.

    Your readers can indeed subscribe to comments, and you can find a list of the people who subscribed by clicking on the link appearing at the bottom of your Stats page.

    1. Yes I knew where to find them. But other than copying and pasting each into my address book is there a way to export them to an Excel file or something like that?

    2. That was better – so my new posts should show the LIKE button faster.

    3. Why can I not see where it says: Notify me of follow up comments by email. Can you see it on your computer when you are in http://www.janiscox.com? And is there another way I can add notify me of any replies to my comment by email?

    You can use the link at the bottom of the page to download all emails addresses at once.

    Notify me of follow up comments by email. Can you see it on your computer when you are in http://www.janiscox.com? And is there another way I can add notify me of any replies to my comment by email?

    The Subscribe to Comments indeed appears at the bottom of the comment form under all the posts on your site:
    http://i.wpne.ws/OJcc

    You cannot add that option anywhere else though; your readers will need to leave a comment to subscribe to comments.

    So I am trying to reschedule it for a few minutes later.
    Can’t understand why it worked all well.
    But this time I did not schedule it this morning – I just pushed publish. Maybe that’s the problem.
    Do I always need to schedule the posts?

    Jetpack Subscriptions should work for both Published and Scheduled posts. Do you use a specific plugin to create the posts, or duplicate existing posts maybe?

    Everything was going well these past week until Wednesday. My post did not email to my subscribers.
    I can’t tell if it will work or not so I must get used to looking for my posts and then I have to schedule them for a future time – even 1 minute and then they work.
    I don’t know what is going on.
    And no – I type the posts right into the text box and I don’t use duplicate posts.

    Hi,
    I think I might have discovered the problem. I had trouble with Pinterest so took it off but didn’t remove Pinterest Badge (when I looked it wasn’t working either so I took it off and reinstalled it – it is now working – but I think that might have messed up Jetpack. So I reinstalled Jetpack and it seems to work now and is sending the emails.

    I will keep watching and email you if there is further trouble. But the glitch seemed to be the Pinterest Badge.

    I still can’t get the Pins to work but will reinstall Jetpack if I have problems when I add a new pluggin.
