Thanks for the report! Could you tell us more about it? When did you run into the error, did it happen more than once, and does it happen on specific pages of the dashboard?

Waited awhile when put in ticket checking back and forth. Have been occupied with my granddaughter at Children’s Hospital going on my second week as her support system. Still here she’s out of harms way so decided to check status. Can someone contact me. Problem still exists on website. Not resolved.

My website problems started around March 24th and reached out to host. The Woocommerce plugin was conflicting with the Jetpack plugin causing my site to not work for me. Bluehost had to unplug Jetpack plugin and sent me an error message to provide to Jetpack. Bluehost didn’t know why the plugins were conflicting with each other. I tried reaching out to Jetpack on several occasions with no such luck. WordPress Facebook finally gave me this link to contact this forum. As far as I know the error only happened once and enclosed above is the error message provided by site host.

    Hi @nettie12 ,

Thanks for the site link there! With the URL I was able to see you have also reached out to us via email earlier, and we’d begun helping there as well, so to keep everything in one place I’ve sent a follow-up by email. I’ll mark this forum thread as resolved just now and we can continue helping you over email.
