Hover codes anywhere?

Say I wanted to use this code, it has both html and css so where would each go? Learning.

You only need to apply that CSS on the sharing icons of our plugin. For this, you need to replace CSS selectors with that of our icons.

Does selector mean the url in @import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?
