    You can set up Javelin with Amazon SES by setting the SMTP settings you got from Amazon in the Settings page:

    WordPress Admin Panel > Newsletters > Settings.

    Scroll to the bottom to set the SMTP settings. Be sure to set the correct settings because the plugin doesn’t alert you when you enter the wrong details. This will be fixed in a later version but in the meanwhile test the settings you entered by subscribing to one of your newsletters from a new email account. If you receive the subscription confirmation email then you are all set and can start broadcasting without limitation.

    Also, since you are using SES, you may remove the email sending limit from by setting it to 0.
