 * Hi, I’m getting a javascript:void(0) error on my site with the Avada theme. The
   icons get a red line on it. See photo.

 * We couldn’t replicate the issue on our end with the Avada Theme. Please see the
   attached [screenshot](https://prnt.sc/pQ6thezt6kVe) for reference. To help us
   understand the problem better, could you please:
    1. Share the steps you followed to reproduce this issue.
    2. Provide a video demonstration of the issue.
 * Before doing so, we recommend performing the following checks:
 * **1. Clear Caches**
 * Ensure that all caches are cleared, including:
    - Server cache
    - WordPress (optimization plugin) cache
    - CDN cache
    - Browser cache
 * Also, try replicating the issue in an incognito/private browser mode.
 * **2. Version Check**
 * Make sure you are using the latest versions of:
    - WordPress
    - WP Social plugins
 * Outdated versions may lead to compatibility issues.
 * **3. Plugin Conflict Test**
 * Check for any plugin conflicts by following these steps:
    - Deactivate all plugins except **WP Social**.
    - Test to see if the issue persists.
    - If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one, testing after
      each activation, to identify the conflicting plugin.
