# javascript/jquery issues w/ 3.1.3 upgrade

 * Once I upgrade my site to WP 3.1.3 I started having issues with what seems to
   be events using jQuery/javascript actions in the admin. For instance, when I 
   am looking at my the list of posts I have made, and click the quick edit button,
   nothing happens. Or when I’m in the widgets section and try to click the down
   arrow to customize widgets, shoot I can’t even drag and drop a widget over.
 * I’ve installed Hot Fix plugin, read a bit about other plugins that cause failure,
   jquery-color-box etc. But do not have any plugins installed.
 * I’ve tried installing hot fix to see if that would clean up any errors, but to
   no avail. Deactivated it and unistalled.
 * Advise? Meanwhile I’m still googling for solutions.
