  • Possibly because you have so many .js files… one could be conflicting.

It also shows some sort of error in the jquery.timers so that could be a start.

I think that you have a JQuery conflict in your theme. If you look at the source code line 186 you’ll see this –
    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.futebolbrasileirao.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.2'></script>

this version of JQuery is the one that’s included in WordPress and most likely used by your WordPress seo plugin (which is correct). Your theme on the other hand is using an old JQuery version and calling it at line 10, so it’s being overwritten later on.

If you deactivate all of the plugins, you might get the slider to work, but it would be best to rebuild the slider and make sure that it works with WordPress’s built-in JQuery.

Thank you so much for your help. This slideshow came with the Premium Theme from Storelicious and doesn’t work (BEWARE!!!). My jquery skills are lacking and I’m in a pinch so I’m going to try a replacement.

WP Content Slideshow — This is working alright for me. I won’t get into my issues with it in this thread. =)

    Thank you, both!
