I’ve tried the following: 1) checking permissions & changed all permissions to 755/644 for folders/files including calling godaddy and having them change the TEMP folder to 755. 2) deleting all plugins except woocommerce (added security plugins back after troubleshooting all outlined processes) 3) changing themes to default wordpress 2012 or 2015 (changed back after troubleshooting all outlined processes) 4) deleting expired transient files 5) reverting to an older backup of theme and also reverting database * All of this to no avail.
