 * I want to create a page on my website like this but im not too sure if its possible
   to do it on WordPress by linking html, css and javascript.
   Please let me know
   if it is possible in any way and if you can help me with this process.

 * Yes, it is possible. However, you have to choose one way: either you add it via
   theme or via plugin. I would recommend you to have a look at the developer manual:
