# Javascript, iframe and shortcode not working

 * I’ve added the javascript, iframe and shortcode Facebook feed to [this FB page](https://www.facebook.com/groups/471951252856928/)
   on my WordPress test page. The js and iframe don’t display and only the shortcode
   shows this error on [this test page](https://storm-surge.org/test-facebook-feed/).
   What does this mean?

 * Hi,
 * Please make sure that you use the latest version. If it is not, please try the
   following steps. It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note,
   that the feeds you have created will be removed.
 * • Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
    • Navigate to Plugins
   page and delete Facebook Feed WD • Reinstall and actvate it.
 * Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.
 * Thank you!

 * Thanks Kim. I’m unable to find the Facebook Feed WD>Options page on any place/
   tab in the developers area of FB. Likewise unsuccessful in a Google search. Could
   you give me a more complete url to help me get started?
