# Javascript Errors and Responsive Issues

 * I currently am getting two javascript errors caused by this script:
 * “Uncaught ReferenceError: tribe_bootstrap_datepicker_strings is not defined
    
   Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘data’ of undefined”
 * It is also effecting the responsive navigation of my site. When viewed on the
   iPad a dropdown menu should appear instead of the standard menu, as you can see
   here that isn’t happening: [http://tinyurl.com/pktgvte](http://tinyurl.com/pktgvte)
 * I am not having this issue with any other pages of the site. I’m not sure if 
   the menu issues are due to the JavaScript errors but either way, how can I fix
   these issues?

 * Hi Rob:
 * The best thing to do in the first instance is deactivate all other plugins and
   switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve – then check if the
   same problem still occurs.
 * If it does not, try reactivating everything one-at-a-time, checking at each stage
   to see if it has returned. This is a great technique for isolating conflicts.

 * Sorry, i missed your reply.
 * I have found it is an issue with minifying javascript with W3 Total Cache.
 * It is strange because if i disable minfying javascript for just the event page,
   the problem still persists. If I turn off minifying javascirpt completely however
   then this fixes the problem.
 * Is there a list available anywhere of the all the .js files that the events calneder
   uses?

 * The easiest way to determine this would be to look in the resources directory(
   within The Events Calendar’s own plugin directory). Minification certainly isn’t
   a perfect art so, yes, you do need to be careful with this – note also that we
   already ship and by default serve up minified versions of each script.
