• Hi,

This is an excellent plug-in, thank you!

It has been working well for a few years but suddenly there is something strange happening on http://www.seh.ae if i activate ‘page scroll to id’ then the instagram plugin at the bottom doesn’t load. And if i deactivate ‘page scroll to id’ then the instagram feed will load.

I proved this by running a javascript error checker on the website which returns and error related to the page scroll plugin when it is activated.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!
    Sean.

    Hello,

I can’t really help without the plugin being activated on your page (it’s not activated now). I need to see the error. Did you see any warnings in “Page scroll to id” settings regarding the “Selector(s)” option?

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

I have enabled the plugin now and it is working on Chrome but not on Safari. I am not a coding professional but i believe the problem is coming from Power Builder which is a page builder that was used to build this website a few years ago.

Unfortunately, WordPress is forced to be updated in order for other plugins to work, but Power Builder has not been updated for a long time as the plugin is not maintained. If i deactivate Power Builder, then all javascript errors on the page disappear.

In a bit of a pickle with this. Ideally i need to migrate Power Builder to something like WP Page Builder without losing the structure of the website. If you have any suggestions i would be very grateful – although i’m pretty sure this problem has got nothing to do with your plugin.

    Thanks,
    Sean.

I see. I don’t know if it’s possible to migrate to a different builder, without doing some manual work. I’d suggest searching for a specific tutorial on migration from Power Builder.

If you need help let me know.
