# Javascript error when using Version 6

 * I would like to start with the fact that I have been using your plugin with pleasure
   for a while now.
    It’s truly a great addition to my themes.
 * Now since the update Font Awesome 6 was introduced I am running into an issue.
   
   It seems some JS error is causing stuff to break (although I am not seeing an
   error in the console). For example: I am using a custom ACF options page with
   the ACF tabs system. They are not working anymore when using FA version 6. I 
   am also using ACF to register Gutenberg blocks. These are also not showing the
   ACF fields anymore when using FA 6.
 * I do have the correct API token and am able to select the right kit. But after
   that it seems to break JS related stuff in ACF.
 * I hope you can have a look into this.

 * So far I haven’t been able to exactly reproduce what you are seeing. I have run
   into a PHP warning that I am still investigating when using tabs like you mentioned.
   It doesn’t interfere with the functionality on the page though.
 * With a Gutenberg block I haven’t run into any issues. Is there a particular combination
   of registered fields in your Gutenberg block maybe that is needed for the issue
   to appear?

 * Looking at the PHP warning I mentioned earlier I don’t think it is related to
   the problem you are seeing. But it has to do with a FontAwesome icon field created
   with no “Icon Sets” selected. So you can verify that the field you created has
   some Icon Sets chosen in the field settings.
 * I wonder if you are able to reproduce your issue with a brand new field group
   that I could also create to replicate your issue? Aiming for the simplest combination
   of things that replicates the problem.
 * Also keep an eye out for possible third party plugins or other theme code that
   may be a part of this issue.

 * I don’t know if it is at all related to the problems you were seeing, but there
   was a bug in this plugin with FontAwesome 5.x free icons that was fixed in an
   update today.

 * Updating to the new version fixed all the issues.
