    Hi,

    Site: http://www.sofialinnea.se/kontakt/

    I have an error on posting CF7-forms. The email actually gets sent but there is page hangs on the “spinning arrows” and the user gets no notification on wheter mail was sent or not.

    Looking into the javascript console there is an error like this when posting the form:

    Error in: jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:4
    Error message: POST http://www.sofialinnea.se/kontakt/ net::ERR_INVALID_HANDLE

    I have already deactivated W3 Total Cache since I was afraid caching was causing this behaviour. But it is still not working. What could I do to troubleshoot and find the cause of this error?

    BR, Johan

    Try switching to the default theme.

    I created a page with only the shortcode to one of my forms. Then switched to theme Twenty Sixteen. Doing that form submission works as expected.

    Changing back to my ordinary theme “BeTheme” I once again stop getting the confirmation message after submitting the form and the “spinning arrows”..

    Looks like you have an issue in the commercial theme and you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here. Your best bet is always your product’s developer, so we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    OK, will do that. I mark the issue as resolved here.
