# Javascript error on Post Page

 * On the post.php page, I get the following javascript error:
 * > Message: Object doesn’t support this property or method
   >  Line: 481 Char: 9407

 * I can post messages, but I cannot insert hyperlinks using the MCE or click on“
   Choose from the most used tags”. I deactivated all the plugins as well.
 * Ideas?

 * Have you tried:
 * – checking through [Troubleshooting WordPress 3.1 – Master List](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-31-master-list)
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
 * – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a **fresh** download
   of WordPress.

 * I did read that post and deactivated all plugins.
 * I was hoping there would be another answer before switching themes.
