JavaScript error on lostpassword action

Hello.

Version 3.1.4. WordPress 5.9.1
```
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'closest')
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (wp-login.php?action=lostpassword:1147:30)
(anonymous) @ wp-login.php?action=lostpassword:1147
```
appears whenever the URL is /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

The line is form = container.closest('form');

I have also managed to reproduce it on my local test site.

I said I would wait for this, but I expected the fix to be released sooner.

I am sorry, but currently I can not tell the ETA of our next release, yet.
