 * Hi there,
 * I am the author of the Decorator plugin:
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/decorator-woocommerce-email-customizer/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/decorator-woocommerce-email-customizer/)
 * One of our users reported a problem with our controls not being rendered properly.
   It turns out there’s an error related to your plugin or more specifically a theme
   that uses your plugin.
 * It appears that your plugin is not capable of properly handling custom customizer
   views – when it’s not an actual theme that’s being customized/previewed but something
   else.
 * We use official WordPress filters to remove other settings/controls and add ours.
   Then we add a query var to the preview URL and load our custom page when that
   query var is present.
 * You can test this by yourself by installing WooCommerce and Decorator.
 * Here are screenshots of the error:

 * Thanks,
    Paul

 * Hey there Paul!
 * This issue has already been resolved in the develop branch on github ([https://github.com/aristath/kirki](https://github.com/aristath/kirki))
   so as soon as version 3.0 is released this will no longer be an issue.
    Right
   now we’re testing this version (it’s a rewrite of a lot of things) so I don’t
   have an exact ETA. As for the theme that uses the plugin, if it uses the plugin
   by embedding it in the theme instead of recommending it gets installed as a plugin
   then updating that may take a bit longer since it’s up to the theme developer.
 * We’ll try to get version 3.0 released ASAP, but we first have to be sure that
   everything works the way it’s supposed to. 🙂
    Until then your client can manually
   install the development version on their site by downloading it from github.
