# Javascript error appeared…

 * It worked fine. Then we got a Javascript error.
 * Eventually this was brought to our attention by a customer. Goodness knows how
   many orders we lost.
 * This software, whilst good, has a fundamental issues that when it fails it stops
   the customer registering and placing orders. Instead, when it fails it should
   allow incorrect registrations…

   submitting a support request first?_**
    If you are having an issue, then there
   is most likely something else causing the issue, either in your browser (such
   as extensions that disable JavaScript or cookies) or in your site. It’s most 
   likely not an issue with the plugin.
 * **_It is important for all plugin users to read the documentation._** Please
