# javascript error

 * Have read up on NS (same issue) but im with InMotion Hosting, have mroe than 
   one site there – all other sites fine – one site im trying to backup but get 
   the words –
 * **Warning: If you can still read these words after the page finishes loading,
   then there is a JavaScript or jQuery problem in the site.**
 * Hve disabled all plugins – changed themes – still got the same error so the backup
   button doesnt work and nor does the settings tab so cant backup to the site to
   migrate it
 * Starnge thing is in Firefox Developer window – the only jS errors showing are
   all updraft ones…… Could do with a solution to get this plugin running

 * I have checked all the permissions in the includes and js folders and these are
   all 755 and 644 – which is standard as i have updraft working on 3 others sites……
   Have also change these persmissions and still the same errors

 * Apologies for the delay.
 * Can you please check the ownership of the updraftplus files? Do they belong to
   the same server user and group as the other plugin files?

 * yes, all file permissions and uaergroups good (ownership) along with the other
   plugins
