    greetings,
    clicking buttons on page has no effect at all.
    Plugin updated, form updated, page updated.
    Inspecting the firefox console reveals:

    ReferenceError: wd_check_email is not defined
    ReferenceError: fm_reset_form is not defined

    Could you please try to deactivate the Compact WP Audio player and check whether the problem persists? If yes, then change the theme and check again.
