Please contact site administrators if reloading the page does not fix the issue. This PayPal error is a bit of a tricky one because it tends to be very vague, and our team hasn’t been able to replicate a reason behind it. I do have a couple tips we can try: * My first suggestion is to disconnect and reconnect the PayPal connection. PayPal can be finicky at the best of times, and jump starting the connection is often the best thing to do. * If that does not work, another workaround that has worked for a handful of users has been to use a different donation form template, but for others, no templates work. * It would be helpful for me to see your error logs, just in case GiveWP was logging errors for those donation attempts. You can do this by navigating to Dashboard > Donations > Tools > Logs. Look for errors that are PayPal related. When you see one, click the eyeball icon next to it to open up a detailed view.
