 * Hi [@ondigit](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ondigit/), apologies for the
   delay here. This is weird, I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue
   here. Could you try deactivating all other plugins except for our plugins to
   see if that makes a difference? Moreover, could you switch to the default theme?
   Please read the [Testing for Conflicts Article](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/)
   before doing anything. We’d recommend conducting these tests on a [Staging Server](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/).
 * I would also suggest using a third-party plugin, **Health Check Plugin** — this
   plugin can be really helpful when testing for conflicts. [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
 * Let me know how it goes.
 * Best,
    Abz
