# Javascript alert before Thank You page

 * Hello,
 * I have the following issue when trying to complete the ticket reservation:
 * Everything works just fine but on the last view before the “Thank You” page.
 * When I click the button I get a javascript alert with the text “Are you sure 
   you want to leave this page?” which will be very confusing for the website users.
 * Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Or could I go from the user 
   data form directly to the thank you page?

 * What button, exactly, are you clicking on? That warning should only occur if 
   you’re leaving the page without submitting the form. Can you provide a link?
