    Hello my dear!

First of all, thank you so much for thiiis amazing plugin <3 i love it so so much!

It’s time to contact you, because i have no idea, how to resolve this case –

i have 2 ad code – it is JavaScript based ad code – for the best performance of ad.

I want to integrated it with my theme. For example, in header area of post (automatic for all post) and also in footer area (after paragraph – at the end of article).

    Please see javascript ad codes:

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”//port80ge.adocean.pl/files/js/ado.js”></script><script type=”text/javascript”>/* (c)AdOcean 2003-2018 */ if(typeof ado!==”object”){ado={};ado.config=ado.preview=ado.placement=ado.master=ado.slave=function(){};} ado.config({mode: “old”, xml: false, consent: true, characterEncoding: true}); ado.preview({enabled: true});</script>

    and second one:

    <div id=”ado-oayQ7z9XN771UtHs3bC.v3qd32wL9i8I47JE15TyWir.f7″></div><script type=”text/javascript”>/* (c)AdOcean 2003-2018, adjaranet_admin.Test_Cinemania.In Article Test */ado.placement({id: ‘ado-oayQ7z9XN771UtHs3bC.v3qd32wL9i8I47JE15TyWir.f7’, server: ‘port80ge.adocean.pl’ });</script>

Please test this code – we put it in article area (just for testing) and here we got empty white space 🙁

Please help us, have a nice day and god bless you!

    Hi militarium,

    thanks for reaching out.

As far as I understand, your codes are injected into your site, but they stay empty, right? This sounds like Advanced Ads works just fine, but the ad network does not fill the ads. You can verify this by using the “Dummy ad” ad type. If that shows up then Advanced Ads works and you need to contact the ad network for a solution.

Please let me know if my observation is wrong, though and I will look further.

    Happy Holidays!
    Thomas

PS: please don’t refer to people in the forums as “dear”. I know this is the translation from many languages where this is ok, but it can be offensive in English.

    Hi militarium,

    Happy New Year!

Have you been able to narrow down the problem with your ad code?

    Thanks,
    Thomas
