The Wpforms gives me the following error message: Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected… I have checked the mentioned things in the troubleshooting guide however the problem still exists.
I am not sure wheter this could effect email sendings, but my main problem is that no confirmation email received after submiting forms.
I have installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin and succesfully registered to sendinblue. Even the test emails have been received through sendinblue. Another thing why I find this strange is that in sendinblue desktop I can see that contactforms have been sent.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @arjuar,

Regarding the JavaScript (JS) warning, I took a look at your page and found that you’re using the Autoptimize plugin here. This is most likely to be the cause of the issue as its JS optimization features if not properly configured will cause such issues. Please confirm this by disabling the Autoptimize plugin completely, then flush all of your site’s caches and do a fresh load of your site in order to check if the issue is resolved. If it is, you’ll need to tune your Autoptimize plugin so that it doesn’t interfere with the JS of the WPForms plugin by excluding the following scripts.

    wp-content/plugins/wpforms/assets/js/wpforms.js

You can find some details about how to configure Autoptimize here.

As for your notification emails not being received, you mentioned that you have confirmed the emails are being sent from your Sendinblue account, this means the issue is on the receiving end. Could you please check that your Notifications are configured to send to the appropriate email address in the Send To Email Address field in Notification Settings, or whether the emails are possibly in your junk/spam folder?

In case it helps, here is our documentation regarding Notification Settings.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions 🙂

    Hi @arjuar,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
