# Java Script Bug – can't edit pages

 * Dead buttons and inability to edit pages in WordPress Dashboard. Turning on Script
   Debugging resolves the issue but I’m not a real developer don’t know how to remove
   any errors.
 * Here’s a screenshot of the errors:

 * You are in the Dashboard?
 * What happened just prior to them not working? Did they ever work? Did you upgrade?
   Transfer the website? Upload an edited file?
 * 403 – means you don’t have permission. Is the wp-config file intact?

 * I was able to solve the problem. Something to do with a corrupted .htaccess file.
   Replaced the file and now everything is working properly. Thanks!
