when someone tries to order and register this appears and prevents registration, regardless of the person trying, I have tested this.

when I disable the cleartalk review of the woocommerce forms then I can register nicely, but then the bots show up registering 30-50x per day.

do I need to go back to captcha?

Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made wrong decision:
Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?int=week ] —> there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> mark records using these buttons.

We will analyse this records and will tune our filters.
