I am using Tooltipy – (PRO) version 4.3.8.5.
good I’m using the same version on my site and I’m not facing that problem with the keywords “tooltipy” and “tooltipy pro” on this page for example :

try to uncheck the “Match all occurrences” option from tooltipy settings page and see if this helps

For example, are there problems with “tooltipy” and “tooltipypro”?
I tested and it’s working, please make the same think on your site with non Japanese words like above to test.

Tooltips are not displayed in sentences that continue to Japanese with the keyword “test”.
