Japanese HTML emails showing ??????? for data.

    I searched and found some instruction to specify the database collation. This did not help. I have currently switched the emails back to plain text and they show the proper Japanese text. However they are not as nice as the HTML emails and I wish to have HTML emails working.

    Other people have had this problem but I cannot seem to find the way to get this fixed. This is a big problem. It was working just fine.
