Japanese character count still not working. Other conflict?

Nice plugin and seems to work for many people but I’m thinking that maybe because my site is not a traditional WP site (it’s using the Cherry framework), that your plugin isn’t working. It’s custom theme.

On my home page http://www.mogo.jp I have this code. As you can see it’s Japanese and should work exactly the same as Chinese but no matter what settings I use in your plugin nothing changes.

The code below corresponds to this area on the home page. (Dashboard->Pages->Home *(ホーム)

I was wondering if I gave you my WP login “tysun” and password “tester” if you could check out what the issue is then I could try to find a way to fix it myself.

Would really appreciate it.
