• I have 5 blogs on WordPress. All goibng well until recently.
    A. Health niche blog – Have problems moving from posts to new post, or from widget to post. In fact moving from one section to another, and the whole thing jams and I am left with a line of green dashes and the pepperpot logo. This happens almost regularly.
Also getting image from my picturs page on microsoft has now stopped and I get an error. I can download with an HTML code or from the media section, but from My Pictures nothing.
    B. Home, Family and Garden blog – same problems.
    C. Self Development niche – same problems.
    D. Forex and Making Money Online – although I can get to log in and do so all I get is the grey band across the top of the screen and the rest blank. Neither can anyone get into the website at all. This again happened same time as above.
    E. Cookery and Recipe niche – same problems as A,B and C.

The domains are hosted on Chris Farrell Hosting, and to date I have had no problem here.

I have many further posts I have written and wish to publish but the above is stopping this.As I earn my living from these blogs, and wish to be as high up the search engines as possible, I do want to resolve these issues as soon as possible.Any help and advice would be very greatfully received.
    My 5 blogs are :-

    Thank you all in advance

Thanks again to Megan for the massive help. Have started to clear my blogs. I will let you know how it goes. However I now have another problem that again I do need some help with, and is potentially far more damaging than the jamming.

Towards the end of last week I upgraded my 4 blogs to 3.2. 3 went through fine but the 4th (my Health blog and the biggest) has developed a HTTP500 error.

I am scared stiff to touch it as there are weeks of hards work in it and I don’t want to lose it, however if I don’t get it back up and running I cannot enter more posts and more importantly nobody will see it and no income.

I show below the printout from WordPress after I tried to upgrade. Could someone please tell me a SIMPLE and foolproof way of getting the blog back to where it was. This is URGENT please.

    Upgrading…

    Initializing Parameters – Done.
    Generating MySQL Backup – Done.
    Generating Files Backup – Done.
Warning: file_get_contents(http://petewellsonline-health.info/wp-admin/upgrade.php?step=1) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1320357973.9273oQ8XzkxWVY on line 2225

    Copying New Files – Done.

    Upgrade completed

Your installation of WordPress was upgraded.
You can view it here: http://petewellsonline-health.info/

Please save following information. You will need it in order to restore if something went wrong

If you don’t have SSH access, ask support to help you:
    – delete all the files listed in /home/waw9435/public_html/petewellsonline-health.info/fantastico_fileslist.txt
    – delete /home/waw9435/public_html/petewellsonline-health.info/fantastico_fileslist.txt
    – Untar /home/waw9435/fantastico_backups/.backup.1320357975.tgz
    – Empty the database waw9435_wrdp1
    – Import the file /home/waw9435/fantastico_backups//backup.sql into the database waw9435_wrdp1
    – Move /home/waw9435/fantastico_backups/ to /home/waw9435/public_html/petewellsonline-health.info

Although I can understand some of this above, others bits I simply do not understand. Writing articles I am fine with, techie stuff and my brain goes to mush! Can someone please give me SIMPLE instractions on how to get back weeks of hard work to where it should be.

If you can you will be top of my Christmas card list!
