# Jamed backup

 * My backups worked until the 14/06 but are now jammed.
 * I have pressed the cancel button and it just says
 * Database Size:763.11MBFile Size:5.21GB Total Size
    The backup will be canceled
   after backing up the current chunk ends
 * But doesnt release the failure? I know it is very large. My other smaller site
   works just fine

 * The issue you encountered may be caused by wp-cron not working. Could you provide
   us with a temporary admin account and the login page URL of your website via 
   Contact Us page? So that we can perform the plugin in real backup environment
   to know what is happening. Thanks in advance.

 * I have a VPS digital Ocean droplet with 4GB RAM 4 core processor with 1GB ram
   dedicated to wordpress and 512MB for your plugin.
 * Wordpress itself rarely goes about 25% Ram usage
 * If there are php requirements I can send you the log
