# JacaScript error / banner doesn’t appear

 * Hi there,
 * the banner seems to work on mobile, but not on desktop. In the dashboard, I get
   the following error:
 * _Uncaught TypeError: t(…).select2 is not a function_
 * with the path of a .js-document in my theme folder (main-min_js).
 * Does anybody know what I can do now? I can’t figure out the issue by looking 
   into the code of this file 🙁

   coming from your theme, and is not related to Complianz, I recommend to contact
   your theme author about it. As soon as the jquery error is resolved the banner
   will start working.

   you were totally right with the theme issue, I somehow didn’t realize. After 
   updating my theme, it worked… 🤦
