Hello,
I configured Ivory Search on the main menus in English and Italian. I can search within Articles and Pages but not within the description of WooCommerce products. Only if I activate the Ajax search, Ivory Search produces a search on the categories. I have the free version of the module. If I disable the Ivory Search plugin, the default search works correctly. What could it be?

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

Also, please make sure that you have configured the search form to search products post type as described on the below page.
