Support » Theme: Bento » I’ve never had to contact support so much for one theme.

  • From the very first time I installed this theme, I had issues with it crashing my site. I paid for the pro version which is supposed to give you a license for 2 sites but after using it on the second site, I started to have varying problems with the plugin and had to go back and forth with support about it. Today I had a client recommend my site to another potential client, only to find that it had crashed again and today is the final straw. It’s not worth the time or stress.

    Worst plugin/theme I’ve come across due to the sheer amount of times I’ve had to contact support.

Since it is the first time you are contacting us via this name/alias and this forum, we would appreciate some evidence (screenshots of emails and/or website errors) to support your claim that you have contacted us multiple times in the past and that your website indeed does not work due to the Bento theme. Otherwise, we will unfortunately be forced to report this as a false rating to the team. Thanks for understanding!
