# I’ve lost the default database pages

 * Hello,
 * Initially when I installed WordPress and activated **Twenty Seventeen** I had
   the default pages Home, About Us, Contact etc as expected. I made a few changes
   and thought I’d like to reset the database to as it was when I initially installed
   WordPress – so I installed [https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-wp-reset](https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-wp-reset)
   and reset the database.
 * Now when I activate **TwentySeventen**the only page I have is “Sample Page”.
 * Is there a way for me to get the database back to the state is was when I first
   initially installed WordPress?

 * I think may be the Plugin Developer can help you.
 * As on Plugin description page, it clearly says that “The Reset makes the Fresh
   Installation”

 * Goodness I complete misunderstood that! I thought “Fresh Installation” meant 
   I’d just revert to what WordPress comes initially installed with.
 * Do you know how I can get the database back to it’s default values as when it
   comes on initial install?
