    Hi there
    I just tried to change my blog url and site name by going into the settings section and altering it in there. Now the site is broken and I can’t go back into the settings to change it back. Help!

    If you have the correct Site URL and WordPress address then give this a read.

    If you have file level access since the WordPress dashboard doesn’t work for you, try this method with your theme’s functions.php file.

    Just please make sure you have a backup of that file before you edit it. Once you do edit it then visit your site. That should change the settings back for you.

    I can’t even log in to word press anymore though :/

    I just get this:

    File not found
    The web address you entered could not be found. This could be because the site is temporarily offline or because the file you requested no longer exists on the web site. Please verify that you have correctly entered the web site address and try again. If this problem persists, try browsing to the web site’s home page and navigating to the file from there.

    The article I posted assumes that your WordPress dashboard is broken.

    Do you have file access to your web server?
