    If you’re using a free WordPress.com account, I don’t believe that Disqus will work on your site.

    The Disqus comments plugin is intended mostly for self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

    Related: This forum is for WordPress.org (self-hosted) users, so if you’re using WordPress.com, you’ll probably have better luck on the WordPress.com forums.

    Thanks andy. I am using a hosting service, and that’s how I ended up on this forum. But I’m confused about quite a few things.lol!!
