Ive bought the Extension Pack, but got an Error during the Payment

    Hello,

    I have bought the ultimate member Extension Pack 4 days ago, while paying there occured an Error.

    The money got subtracted from my Bank account, but in the account section on the Main Website there is no payment, licence Key or subscription.

    I also contact the sales Team and the General Support, but got no answer Till today and im concerned that they just dont answer non subscribers.

    If aanyone could help me here that would be great, because i payed for the Support and everything, and now im stuck on my project and can’t contact anybody due to an system failure.
