I've been hacked

Hi,

It would be great if someone could help me deal with this hacking problem on my WP blog http://www.blog.island-spirit.org. I can’t access my blog at the moment because I did an upgrade and since, it’s been ‘forbidden’ to enter. I have a weird feeling it’s something to do with the below email re a hacker on the URL <http://www.blog.island-spirit.org/wp-content/themes/404.html&gt;.

Dear Kristy:

My wife received an e-mail that I copied below.  As you can see, the
email asks that she verify her account but the link is to a subfolder on
your website.  My guess is that your server has been hacked and that
someone is intercepting traffic to that link and capturing people's
Apple IDs.  I'm not certain that I'm right, but I am suspicious.

By the way, interesting service you provide.  I'll keep you in mind
should I ever travel in that area.
