I've added media and updated, still doesn't change on website.

I switched out a picture on “edit page” and it looks ok. I assume that “update” saves it, but when I view the page the image hasn’t changed at all. I’ve tried clearing cache and even viewing on a different computer.
Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
