    Hi, I’ve had problems with WPVivid backup tool stalling at 13%, the error message is: (Preparing to dump table wp_itsec_logs Progress: 13%, running time: 6 min(s)4 second)

    WPVivid has said the issue is with Solid Security, and I need to purge wp_itsec_logs, but I cannot find out how?

    Please advise on how I can empty this table, so my backups can restart.

    Hi @rockso, hopping in here to confirm on whether the suggestion from the thread linked by @nlpro helped resolve the problem.

    To clarify, Solid Security purges the logs itself based on the “Days to Keep Database Logs / Days to Keep File Logs” setting in Security > Settings > Logging section.

    Hi @rockso, I see. You can try these workarounds to manually purge the logs table:

    • Manually clear the entries in the yourprefix_itsec_logs DB table using phpMyAdmin
    • Use this third-party log cleaner: Log cleaner for Solid Security
