Hi @miguelappstudio
We’d like to understand where you’re coming from and what your issue is. Is this regarding plugin updates for Yoast SEO Free or Yoast SEO Premium?
Please understand that the premium plugin is a paid subscription, and you need to continue to have an active subscription in order to receive plugin updates for the premium plugin.
However, for the free version of Yoast SEO, it has always been free, and it’s always been free to update. We have not paywalled any updates for Yoast SEO Free where you need to pay in order to be able to update.
If there are any other questions or concerns you would like to voice out or let us know, we would be open to hearing it and taking your feedback, in order to make a better product for all users.

Your customer service department KNOWS VERY WELL HOW TO RESPOND, to always be seen as the BEST…
I’m very clear about what a Premium version and a free version are.
Just as you know your updates are causing errors, I’ve seen a lot of them on the support page. But you’re in charge of showing open issues as “RESOLVED.”
There are more and more errors, and you know it.
You’ve gotten people used to using your plugin, and now, little by little, you’re making changes that won’t require them to buy PREMIUM. Well, for anyone who wants to, I’ve switched to another plugin, which at least is HONEST AND CLEAR.
You’re sugarcoating your words so users think I’m just a fool who doesn’t know what I’m talking about.
But my friend, you’re demonstrating your greed, and sooner or later, everyone will realize it.
Good luck with the sales!
