    The FORM MAKER plugin is really awesome to me, I think it is best plugin on WordPress to make high performance and long form. Again it is the best for its versatility, it beautifully handles all its fields with most types of validations. One of its excellent part is “MySQL Mapping” and other parts is also too valuable.
    According to me, it can be more powerful if there will the features of running PHP CODE with field values after form submission.
