I saw the issue on your website and I don’t understand why it is happening on your site only. You can try changing the filter key for the category filter to something else instead of *category-product*.

We have found an issue in our code and working on it.
A fix has been applied. Update the plugin and your issue might be fixed.

We’re having the same issue, also with Goya theme. We like the look of the filtering, but it fails on one attribute, which it mysteriously combines with another attribute on the widget. All other attributes are separated out as they are supposed to. When we use YITH AJAX Product Filter, this does not happen – everything is normal. I hope we can get this resolved very soon. If you look at the widgets on the sidebar, the top “VINTYPE” (by YITH AJAX Product Filter) works fine, but the bottom “VINTYPE” (by WC Ajax Product Filter by Attribute) does not show any white wines. They are grouped with the rosés, but that gets messed up when you click on rosé. I can’t figure out why this is and would love some help. Thank you in advance.

Goya theme recommends the WC Ajax Product Filter plugin in their recommended plugins. They also adjusted the plugin according to their theme using hooks. I was completely unaware of this. The goya theme is compatible with v2. I released a major version v3 and now the goya theme is not compatible with it.
In such a situation there are two ways. One is the keep using the v2 and another is to upgrade to v3 and creates the filters again which is like creating new posts.
